Chapter 1 General Provisions

Purpose of the Policy

To standardize the transportation process of global cross-border e-commerce orders, ensure the safe and efficient delivery of goods, clarify the rights and obligations of both buyers and sellers, and enhance the cross-border shopping experience.

Scope of Application

This policy applies to all cross-border e-commerce orders concluded through the platform, covering individual consumers and corporate customers in more than 200 countries and regions worldwide, and involving transportation methods such as air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and multimodal transportation.

Legal Basis

It is formulated in accordance with the Customs Tariff Law of the People's Republic of China, Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, cross-border trade regulations of the destination country/region, and complies with international transportation practices and the requirements of bilateral logistics agreements.

Chapter 2 Order Processing Specifications

Order Confirmation

  1. A logistics order (excluding pre-orders) will be generated within 3 days after the completion of payment, and the system will simultaneously display the detailed breakdown of freight charges.
  2. The buyer shall accurately provide the consignee information (including name, address, and contact information) and necessary customs clearance materials (such as passport number, tax identification number, if required) in the order. The buyer shall bear the responsibility for any delays caused by incorrect information.

Goods Preparation and Warehouse Dispatch

  1. Goods preparation for regular orders shall be completed within 48 hours, while the goods preparation period for special categories (such as customized products) shall be 3-10 days.
  2. A secondary verification shall be conducted before warehouse dispatch to ensure that the goods are consistent with the order information and the packaging meets international transportation standards.

Chapter 3 Global Logistics Solutions and Timeliness

3.1 Mainstream Transportation Channels

Air Freight Lanes Air transportation is used for almost all small and medium-sized orders, except for oversized goods.
Reference Timeliness - Emergency Orders UPS or FedEx can be used for emergency orders, but additional courier fees are required. The specific fee is charged based on the product size.

Timeliness: 7-10 days

Coverage: Major cities worldwide

Features: Stable flights, high customs clearance efficiency, and full-process trackable.
Reference Timeliness - Regular Transportation USPS, UNIUNI, and national postal services of various countries are used.

Timeliness: 14-21 days

Coverage: Major cities worldwide

Features: Stable flights, high customs clearance efficiency, and full-process trackable. For some couriers, logistics tracking information will only be displayed after customs clearance in the destination country.
Reference Timeliness - Economy Sea Freight Applicable for bulk goods and goods with low timeliness requirements.

Timeliness: 12-30 days

Restriction: Not used for non-bulky goods.

Compliance Commitment

  1. The goods comply with the quality standards and import policies of the destination, and do not involve infringing products or prohibited items.
  2. Adhere to the "inspection before shipment" model to reduce the risk of customs inspection.

Prohibited Items List

The transportation of dangerous goods (such as flammable and explosive materials), controlled knives, animal and plant products, counterfeit goods, and goods prohibited from entering the destination (see the platform's detailed rules on prohibited items for details) is strictly prohibited.

Chapter 6 Abnormal Situation Handling Mechanism

Delay Handling

For time-limited dedicated lanes, if the agreed timeliness is exceeded (excluding force majeure).Force majeure includes: port congestion, changes in customs policies, natural disasters, statutory holidays, and courier workers' strikes, etc.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  1. After confirming that a parcel is lost, the customer will be notified within 3 working days to arrange for product replacement or a full refund.
  2. If damage is found at the time of signature, photo evidence must be provided within 48 hours. After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided.

Chapter 7 Return and After-Sales Transportation

Return Conditions

  1. Returns are supported within 7 days after signature, only for cases such as quality problems, wrong delivery, or missing items. For returns due to non-quality issues, the buyer shall bear the round-trip freight.
  2. Cross-border returns must be approved by the merchant; self-initiated return shipping is prohibited.

Return Processing

After the returned goods are inspected and qualified, the refund will be completed within 10 working days; if the goods cannot be resold, a discounted refund will be negotiated.

Chapter 8 Supplementary Provisions

Logistics Tracking

After the order is dispatched from the warehouse, full-process visualized tracking will be provided. Buyers can query the status through the platform's order page or the logistics provider's official website.

Policy Update

This policy will be revised in a timely manner according to changes in international logistics rules and policies. After the update, it will be announced through the platform notice and take effect 3 days after the announcement.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to transportation shall be resolved through negotiation first. If negotiation fails, the dispute can be submitted to the platform for arbitration or handled in accordance with the laws of the destination.
